The sunny terrace, the sunbathing lawn and arbour as well as the unique view of the rose garden are at your disposal, as is our cosy lounge. There you will find various community games and a large selection of literature. You are welcome to browse through our small library and take an interesting book back to your room. Bad weather? The small wood-burning stove in the common room will relax you with cosy warmth and the quiet crackling of the wood.
Cooking for yourself is the best way to appreciate food! In our well-equipped communal kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer compartment, a cooker with oven, a coffee machine, a tea maker and seating. So you can prepare a hot meal to your heart's content at any time. All kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables grow in our traditional farm garden, so don't hesitate to ask for a sample! Enquire about our small cooking and bread baking course for beginners and take a piece of your holiday home with you!

Our four cosy double rooms are furnished with local solid wood furniture and wooden flooring and have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. The natural building materials provide you with cosy warmth and security for a relaxing and healthy holiday in the Dolomites. Our three double rooms facing the valley have a spacious shared balcony.

Cancellation insurance and cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, you unfortunately have no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we offer you a right of withdrawal according to the cancellation conditions as per the general terms and conditions. We expressly refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
In case of cancellation up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fees will be charged, the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 40% of the total amount booked.
Cancellation within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 60% of the total amount booked.
Cancellation within 7 to 1 day prior to arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount booked.
Cancellation on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount booked.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% of the booked, unused days will be charged.
